MEMBERSHIP

Artists O accepts members with artistic compulsion, be it concrete or conceptual, whether based on materials or the traditions of industrial arts. The criteria for selection is based on art education, activities in the field of applied arts in proportion to the years of working as an independent artist: participation in exhibitions, having been given grants and awards, displaying public works of art and collections and other artistic activities. This has to be presented in a portfolio including a written description of the applicant¹s art, CV and contact information. The main focus in choosing the members is in the quality of art. The members are selected three times a year.

• Artistic education

Activity in the field of applied arts in proportion to the years of working as an independent artist:

• Exhibitions:
• Private exhibitions, the significance of the gallery/place is taken into consideration
• Group exhibitions, the significance of the gallery/place is taken into consideration
• Significant national exhibitions, artists chosen by jury
• Significant international exhibitions, artists chosen by jury
• Exhibitions by invitation, significance is taken into consideration
• Grants and Awards:
• Government grants for artists
• National foundations
• Local grants
• Awards and prices, significance is taken into consideration
• Public works of art
• Collections and private works of art, significance is taken into consideration
• Other activity as an artist
• Portfolio, focus on the quality of the works of art
• Written description of the applicant¹s art
